All
sales are final, unless you decide to break the contract, in which case you
will be subject to a 25% handling fee. (This is in accordance Distance
Selling Regulations of 2000).
Warranty:
12 months, Parts Only on road legal bikes & scooters. 3 months Parts
Only on all off road items. Bulbs are not included.
In
the event of you failing to honour the agreement, return delivery is to be
paid by you.
Delivery
is UK mainland and non-UK mainland as specified on the Delivery page of our
website.
Our
website shows images of various bikes in different colours; as specified on
the site, due to availability specific colours can not be guaranteed to be
in stock but can be ordered.
In
the event of a particular model of bike being unavailable you will have the
opportunity to choose an alternative product.
When
you place an order to purchase a product from Buzzard Bikes, your order
represents an offer to purchase a product, when this is accepted by us we
send e-mail confirmation or call you to confirm the order.
Payment
is by cash, debit or credit card only when collecting your item.
We
only accept cash, credit and debit cards, cheques, postal orders and direct
bank transfers as a method of payment or payments made via our nominated
payment bureau.
If
payment is made by means other than credit or debit card the items will not be dispatched,
or if it is a motorcycle, it cannot be collected until the payment has
cleared – you agree to allow 10 business days for clearance.
Delivery
dates given are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. However all
delivery dates are normally met; in the event of a delay in delivery you
will be contacted.
As
we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone if any
products you ordered are unavailable. In the unlikely event of the item
being unavailable you will be offered an equivalent product or full refund
of the purchase price.
The
Shetland Islands, Scottish Highlands, The Isle of Scilly, Man and White, and
the Channel Islands all need a specific quote before any transaction can be
completed. If payment is made via theinternetbikeshop.com website for
delivery to any of the places listed, we reserve the right to cancel your
order. If a product's delivery price is higher than our stated price, we
will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before
accepting the order, or cancel the order and notifying you of such
cancellation.
We
cannot accept cancellations of the purchase of a road legal bike that has
already began the registration process with the DVLA.
If
we deliver a motorcycle part or accessory to you in error or if the item is
damaged, we will replace for you.
If
we do not receive the item back from you on the date agreed
for collection and replacement, we will arrange for collection and
replacement of the item again at your cost.
Parts
are only warranted for damages deemed to have occurred through normal use of
the item. All parts need to be returned for examination before any new part
is sent out.
The
warranty will be considered null and void if the item is altered from the
original manufacture specification.
Transit
costs both to and from Buzzard Bikes for repair under warranty are the
responsibility of the customer.
The
original purchase receipt must be retained, as it may be required at a later
date. If this is not made available the warranty will be considered null and
void and the customer will be liable for all parts and labour costs.
The
warranty is for the original purchaser only to whom Buzzard Bikes first
supplied the item. You cannot transfer this agreement to someone else
without our prior written permission.
These terms and conditions are constructed in accordance
with the laws of England and Wales and the English Courts shall have sole
and exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or lawsuit between Buzzard Bikes
and you the Buyer. Should any term or portion of this document be found to
be invalid or unenforceable the remainder shall continue to be valid and
enforceable.
Returns
Policy
We want you to
be completely satisfied with your purchase. New merchandise may be exchanged or
returned for refund with it's original packaging, subject to the following
conditions. We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange where the
product is not in "As-new" condition. "As-new" means the
complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging,
warranties, manuals and accessories. If the product is not returned in "As-new"
condition then a minimum 25% handling charge of the original cost of the bike will be
levied.
Cancellation
Policy
You may cancel
the contract at any time within 7 working days of receipt of the product(s). You
must communicate such cancellation to us either: in writing, by e-mail or
telephone (contact information below). Once the contract is cancelled then
details of the address to which the product(s) are to be returned, at your cost,
will be communicated. This does not affect your statutory rights.
