Step 1: Mould Tool Design |

| You provide the CAD drawings or alternatively we can design it for you with our experienced mould tool designer. |  |

Step 2: Manufacturing the Mould |

Taking into consideration how many cavities you require, the mould design is carefully crafted into the mould tool. Made by our highly skilled mould tool makers. | |

Step 3: Test Samples Produced |
||
| You provide between 10 and 50 samples and we will mould them for you, using a suitable macromelt to meet your product requirements. |  |

||
Step 4: Additional Sample Tests |
||
|
|
A pre-production run of between 100 & 1000 sample may be required before full production begins. This helps to fine tune the mould process. | |
|
||
Step 5: Full ProductionFull production will commence after you have approved the over mould design and can be done either in-house using the Moldman 4000 or we can do it for you! |
