Main Features

Manually operated, low pressure insert moulding machine.
Easy access from 3 open sides for inserting and removing components.

Clamp is
opened and closed manually using extra durable toggle system.

Standard mould set halves are approximately 125 x 150 x
50mm.

Raw material is processed through Mold-Man proprietary melt
reservoir, gear pump and pressure control.

Melting time for raw material is 30
to 45 minutes.

Raw material reservoir capacity is 5Kg. Reservoir
extension holds and preserves un-molten material, which will melt on demand.

Simple temperature control adjusts to 245°C.

Adjustable timer for
moulding and cooling cycles.

Proven Mold-man™ injection pressure system. Allows
pressure range from 15 to 300 psi.
Options

Welded Stand made from powder coated steel provides extra
stability.

Ejector System with Manumatic feature includes pneumatic
cylinder, actuator and all fittings.

Chiller Kit for water-cooling upper and lower mould platens
includes chiller, hoses and fittings.
